Khune backs four awards

Sunday evening was undoubtedly one of the best night's yet for Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune following four awards he collected at the annual PSL awards at Gold Reef city.
The Amakhosi skipper drove his Kaizer Chiefs charges on a "reclaiming the glory" mission by the start of the 2012/13 season maintaining the top of the log position from the beginning to the end of the campaign.
Along the way to the glorious season campaigning for the league, Khune and his Chiefs mates were collected the Q-Innovation and ended up winning the league title and recently the nedbank cup.
Spider Kid led his team to a double, with Chiefs winning the ABSA Premiership before they completed the season on Saturday with a win over SuperSport United in the Nedbank Cup final.
Spider kid has not only continued to prove his sheer talent when it comes to shot stopping, having pulled off another host of fine saves throughout the season. But his superb distribution and consistency has been vital in bringing glory days back to Naturena.
Along with being named as the top player this term, he was also named Goalkeeper of the Season, the Players' Player of the Season and the Nedbank Cup Player of the Tournament.
